My phone has Bluetooth and NFC, so it should have everything needed to get this up and running. You can't, once a tag is written is can't be changed to another Amiibo. One time use. Your gonna have to buy more tags as their single use and FYI it is possible to get tags that just don't work. I ordered a set of 100 off of Amazon and about 4 just don't work at all. I wasn't even able to write to them initially.
