This was officially announced last month (I guess or atleast that's when I heard it was now available.) and I immediately decided to get this done.
The Smart Card Operating System for Transport Application (SCOSTA) is the operating system standard that was developed in 2002 for contact smart cards on the request of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
